You are about to login to the live TOMMIE test site. There, you'll be able to view and enter meetings, holidays, contacts, timesheets and expenses. You'll also be able to run reports on the data that we've pre-populated, as well as any data that you insert yourself. In fact, you'll be able to do pretty much everything you could if you had set up TOMMIE for your own company so you'll get a really good feel for how TOMMIE works. You can actually go forwards or backwards in time as far as the Calendar will allow, but note that we have only pre-populated about 3 months worth of data.

Before you start, please note:

1. The data will be 'reset' every night back to default values. Anything you input will therefore be deleted overnight.
2. Although in normal operation TOMMIE sends out a variety of emails connected with meeting reminders, holiday requests and so on, NO emails will be sent out by the demo system. Your exploration of the functionality will not affect anyone else!
3. You can gain a faster, fuller understanding of what you're looking at by clicking on the help icon found near the top right hand side of each page.
4. Please remember that the demo site will be accessed by other people and so we would appreciate it if you would refrain from entering any content that may offend others.

Login Instructions

When you click the button below, you'll be taken to the demo site login page. On this page you will be presented with a list of usernames (email addresses) and associated passwords that you can use to access the site. Click the "Login" button on that page and enter the login details of one of the accounts listed. You'll then be taken to the Calendar screen where you can see some of the sample data that we've set up. From there on you can explore every aspect of TOMMIE and even add your own staff, contacts, meetings, timesheets and expenses.
